Job Objective

• Provides an extraordinary hospitality experience for all our guests.
• Warm, smiling & friendly demeanor, engaging conversationalist.
• Remember and recognize repeat guests.
• Ensures fast and efficient service to all guests on island
• Interacts with all guest, employees and purveyors in a professional and hospitable manner.
• Proficient knowledge of all island operations and systems
• Promotes a professional, helpful and courteous work environment

• Ensures opening and closing procedures for all positions are adhered to. 
• Manage beach club operations regarding service, timing and quality
• Lead department 
• Facilitate club guest check in from front desk to seating
• Operate POS, Hotel and Club systems
• Handle all guests questions related to property
• Tend to guest needs at club
• Maintains a clean, neat and organized check-in area
• Opening and closing procedures are followed each shift

• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a diverse team environment
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to converse with guests and employees in fluid English
