Our fitness club manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our fitness center. Oversee the activities of the Club desk attendants, fitness instructors and personal trainers that work in the center, assist with the seasonal Kid's Program, and schedule the working hours for staff and ensure that there are enough team members to provide all of the offered services. The manager will be responsible for filling-in on any empty shifts. Supervise pool area, locker rooms, studio, hot tub, etc. Assure all facilities are in good working order and appropriately stocked with needed supplies.
Candidates must be physically fit and should possess sound customer service, business, management, sales and marketing skills. Good problem solving, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are also essential.
