Hotel Resort Reservationist - Full, Time Year Round Monday – Friday Hybrid (2026)

At Winnetu Oceanside Resort (our “at the beach” property in Edgartown, Martha’s Vineyard), The Nantucket Hotel (our “intown” property on Nantucket) & Lovango Resort & Beach Club (our newest USVI property), we offer more than a hotel room.  We are premier resorts offering a unique experience for our guests to relax and enjoy family and friends while exploring beautifully preserved islands in New England and the USVI.  We cater to very high-end clientele with high expectations and as a result, instead of reservations takers, we are travel planners.  

This position is full-time year round Hotel Resort Reservationist position for Monday - Friday  9:00 am - 5:00 pm Hybrid - Initial 2 week training in our corporate office in Wayland, MA, then 1-2 days in office/3-4 days remote.

In the corporate office of Wayland, MA, we are a close-knit group that enjoys helping people plan their memory making vacations.  The Reservations team is made up of both long-time veterans as well as recent graduates. Our daily routine primarily includes speaking to our guests on the phone and discussing our properties, from the accommodations to the resort activities, amenities and the island.  We also review all the transportation options in getting to and from our island paradises. Additionally, when not on phones, we are constantly collaborating on how to enhance the guest experience and researching our competitors to achieve the highest of standards as well as the greatest of experiences.  

First and foremost, to succeed here, one must enjoy being on phones and interacting with people.  An upbeat, cheery personality with computer proficiency is a must!  Other traits required include those who are responsible, professional, dedicated and most importantly a team player.  A self-starter is also very important.  Where we are growing (with the addition of our newest sister property in Lovango/St. John in the USVI ), we welcome all of our team members’ input with their ideas, options and suggestions.  Experience with Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, or the USVI is helpful but not required.
